Privacy and cookie statement. What we do with your data.

2. What data we process

• Contact details: name, email address and, if you provide them, phone number, organisation and job title.
• Your request: your question or message, chosen dates and numbers when you register, and the issues you select for the Organisation Check-up.
• Your choices: which download you request and whether you want to receive our newsletter or updates.
• Client data: details needed for proposals, assignments and invoicing.
• Technical data: only with your consent, data about your visit via analytics and advertising cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs, such as your IP address, for security.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Responding to your request and scheduling a Check-up or call: performance of a (prospective) contract or our legitimate interest.
• Sending your download, results or confirmation: performance of your request.
• Registrations, proposals, assignments and invoices: performance of a contract and legal obligations (tax retention).
• Newsletter and updates: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• A few follow-up emails on the topic of your download: legitimate interest, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
• Measuring visits and improving ads: your consent via the cookie notice.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with parties that help us deliver our services, such as our hosting provider, HubSpot (registration of leads and client data, CRM), Google (only with your consent: Analytics and Ads; and our online booking calendar if you book a call), YouTube (videos load only after you click), Substack (newsletter), Eventbrite (lunch webinar), WhatsApp (if you contact us there) and Passara partners involved in your assignment or programme. Some of these parties are based in the United States; transfers then take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

• Requests and downloads that do not lead to an assignment: up to 2 years after last contact.
• Newsletter and updates: until you unsubscribe.
• Client data, proposals and invoices: 7 years (tax retention).
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.

6. Cookies

We store your cookie choice and language preference locally in your browser (functional, no consent needed). Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are only placed with your consent. YouTube videos load only after you click. You can change your choice at any time via cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@passara.eu; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
